• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian.
• Legal Agreement: You must be legally allowed to agree to these Terms under Indian law.

If you don’t meet these, please don’t use Zone.

2. What Zone Offers

• Shopping: Browse and buy products from nearby stores.
• Delivery: Choose same-day or express delivery.
• Secure Payments: Pay via UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, or other trusted gateways.

Note: Zone is a marketplace. Sellers, not Zone, are responsible for product quality and delivery.

3. Your Account

• Provide accurate details (name, phone, address).
• Keep your password safe – you’re responsible for all account activity.
• We may suspend or delete accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Rules for Using Zone

Do’s:

• Use Zone lawfully.
• Respect sellers and other users.

Don’ts:

• No cheating: Don’t use bots, scripts, or exploit refunds/offers.
• No bad stuff: No viruses, spam, or impersonation.

Violations may lead to restricted access or account termination.

5. Payments & Orders

• Prices include taxes (unless stated otherwise).
• Orders may be delayed/canceled due to stock issues or logistics.
• We may cancel orders if we suspect fraud.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Cancel anytime before dispatch.
• Return damaged/incorrect items as per the seller’s policy (visible at checkout).
• Refunds processed in 7 business days.
• Non-returnable items (e.g., perishables) will be clearly marked.

7. Privacy Matters

We care about your data! Our Privacy Policy explains:

• What we collect: Name, phone, location, payment details.
• Why: For deliveries, app improvements, and security.
• Your rights: Access, correct, or delete your data anytime.

8. Who Owns What?

All Zone content (logos, code, designs) belongs to QuantumX Technologies or our partners. You get a limited license to use Zone for personal shopping – no copying or reverse engineering!

9. Third-Party Services

Zone may use tools like payment gateways or analytics. These services have their own terms – we’re not responsible for them.

10. Our Responsibility

• Zone is provided “as-is” – we can’t guarantee perfection.
• We’re not liable for seller-related issues (e.g., defective products).
• Our maximum liability is the order amount paid by you.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You can delete your account anytime via settings or by contacting us.

12. Legal Stuff

• Governing Law: Indian law.
• Disputes: Handled by courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Updates to Terms

We’ll notify you in-app or via email if these Terms change. Continued use = acceptance of new Terms.
